"Return was easy"
I had to, well, I ended up having to return a jacket, and the process was simple. The refund showed up in about a week. It wasn’t totally perfect, but it wasn’t much of a headache either.

"Great finds, but the shipping drama was real"
I ordered a jacket and a pair of shoes, when they showed up, it felt like a small victory. Both were legit brands, and the quality was actually better than I expected. The only plot twist was that one of the boxes arrived looking like it had been through a battle. Thankfully, the item inside was fine. Overall, really happy with what I got, just wish the shipping had been a little faster and less dramatic

"I used to shop at Sierra pretty..."
I used to shop at Sierra often because I could usually count on finding a good deal. Lately, though, I’ve been a little disappointed. I’ll see something I like, then check around and realize the price isn’t much better than other places, sometimes it’s actually cheaper elsewhere. Shipping adds to it too, so unless I’m buying a bunch of things, it doesn’t really feel worth it. I did still find a couple of decent items, but overall it just doesn’t feel like the great value it used to be.

"Shipping took longer than I’m okay with"
I’ve ordered from Sierra a few times now, the shipping has been hit or miss for me. My last order sat for days without any real update, then ended up arriving later than the delivery date they originally gave me.
The items were fine once they finally got here, so I don’t really have complaints about the products themselves. But I have a basic standard when I order online: keep me updated and get it here when you say you will. Because of that, I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something by a certain date.
